Shopify apps by njX
One engine — your team's chat
Alerts where your team already talks —
and nothing stored that isn't yours.
Seven apps. One job each.
Every paid order, refund, cancellation and abandoned checkout arrives in Telegram within seconds — for you, a teammate or a whole group, each seeing only what they should.
Paid orders, refunds, cancellations and abandoned checkouts in Slack and Discord channels. Refunds reply in the order’s Slack thread; every channel gets its own alerts and masks.
A weekly reorder list by vendor with days of stock left and quantities, instant alerts when a product crosses your line, and six short lists of what earns, what sits and what comes back.
A 90% typo instead of 9%, a price that became 0, a code still live weeks after the sale — the app watches your own discounts and prices and writes to Telegram, Slack, Discord or e-mail the moment something is wrong.
Every price, crossed-out price and product status remembered. A broken import, a sale that did not end, a zero in the wrong field — one preview, one click, and a product, a collection or the whole evening is back to the moment you choose. With an undo.
Titles, descriptions, tags, SEO, collections, media and metafields remembered for every product. An import, an app or a bulk edit that rewrote 143 products arrives as one alert with Restore; tick the fields to put back, check the preview, confirm. Nothing is deleted, every restore has an Undo.
Paste a competitor’s link under your product; the app reads the price on a schedule, keeps the history and tells the chat when they move below you. Nothing is written to your store.
A robot customer walks your storefront every few minutes: home, product, Add to Cart, checkout. Two failed checks in a row and the chat gets the broken step with what changed just before — a theme, a script, shipping, the password. Nothing is written to your store.
A bar and a product-page line count down to your cut-off and show an estimated delivery date, skipping weekends, holidays and your days off. Every order is logged with the dispatch day it was promised; orders still not fulfilled after the cut-off arrive in the chat as one card.
Three EU consumer rules on the product page from one app: the lowest price of the 30 days before each reduction, computed from the changes the app observed; a withdrawal button in 24 languages with a request page in your theme and an acknowledgement e-mail; manufacturer, responsible person and warnings per product. It helps you comply and writes only its own metafields.
Each app works on its own — but they're built in pairs. Order Alerts for Telegram and Slack & Discord tell the team what sold. Stock Alerts says what to reorder before it runs out. Promo & Price Watch catches a wrong price or a code that never ended; Price Rollback puts it back. Store Monitoring says when the store stops selling, and why. One engine, one Free plan, one rule about your customers' data. Start with the one you need today.
How we build
Small stores pay enterprise prices for alerts — or get none.
Shopify e-mails staff about new orders and little else; reports and alerts live on Plus. The apps that fill the gap charge $20–30 a month and keep a copy of your customers. Ours are built the other way: a free core that does the job, a paid tier for the team, and nothing stored that isn't yours.
Questions
Who is behind njX Apps?
An independent developer with nine iOS apps and eight Shopify storefront themes shipped. Small team, fast fixes, support answered by the people who wrote the code.
Do you store my customers' data?
No. Order data is processed in transit only: received from Shopify, formatted into a message and delivered. We keep your store domain, your settings, the chats you connected and a delivery log with order numbers — no names, e-mails or addresses.
How is billing handled?
Through Shopify's own billing. Plans show up on your regular Shopify invoice; you upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the Shopify admin without contacting us.
Can I ask for a feature?
Please do — every app has a contact form inside the Shopify admin and on this site. Most of what we build comes from merchant requests.
