Questions
Do I need to create a Telegram bot?
No. The app ships with its own bot, @ShopOrderAlertsBot. You never touch tokens or BotFather; you press Start once.
Is my customers’ data stored?
No. Order data is received from Shopify, formatted into a message and delivered to Telegram. Our database keeps your store domain, settings, connected chats and delivery logs with order numbers only — no names, emails or addresses.
What does the Free plan include, exactly?
Unlimited paid-order, cancellation and refund alerts; one personal chat, one teammate and one group; 5 abandoned-checkout alerts a month; the daily report with counts. It stays free — the limits never move after you install.
What does Pro add?
Every abandoned checkout, unlimited recipients each with its own alert set and field masks, the full daily report with revenue and top products, and your own message text. $9 a month, 7-day free trial, billed by Shopify.
Which languages are supported?
English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Ukrainian and Russian. The language is picked from your Shopify admin and can be changed in one click. Product names and customer notes stay as written in the order.
How do I stop alerts in a chat?
Remove the recipient in the app, or type /unlink in that Telegram chat. Uninstalling the app deletes everything we hold about your store.
