Connect a Slack workspace with one click and pick channels from a list. For Discord, paste a channel webhook. Use one, the other, or both.

Questions
Shopify Flow can already post to Slack. Why this app?
Flow sends a plain message per trigger. This app gives you a channel per team with its own alerts, masks that hide prices or customer details, refunds and cancellations threaded under their order, abandoned checkouts, a daily report and Discord — without building and maintaining workflows.
Do I need to create a Slack app or a Discord bot?
No. Add to Slack installs our Slack app into your workspace with permission to post messages and list channels. Discord needs only a channel webhook URL, which you create in the channel settings in a few clicks.
Is my customers’ data stored?
No. Order data is received from Shopify, formatted into a message and delivered to Slack or Discord. Our database keeps your store domain, settings, connected channels and delivery logs with order numbers only. Slack tokens and Discord webhook URLs are stored encrypted.
Shopify already emails shoppers about abandoned checkouts. Why an alert?
That email goes to the shopper. Shopify does not tell you or your team: abandoned checkouts sit in the admin until someone looks. The alert tells a person — what is in the cart, its value and who left it — so a manager can call, write or offer a discount while the shopper is still warm. We only see checkouts where the shopper left an email or phone, the same ones Shopify keeps.

What does Pro add?

Can a private Slack channel receive alerts?
Yes. Invite the app to the channel first by typing /invite @njX Alerts there, then pick it in the list. Public channels work without an invite.
How do I stop alerts?
Remove the channel in the app, or remove the whole Slack workspace — our access in Slack is revoked at the same moment. Uninstalling the app deletes everything we hold about your store.
Privacy
Customer data is never stored by this app; it passes straight through to Slack or Discord. Read the full privacy policy or contact support.
