Email [email protected] or use the form below — it lands in the developer’s inbox and we usually reply by e-mail. There is also a contact form inside the app, under Plan & support.
Common questions
- The first check is red on a development store: development stores are always password-protected. Copy the storefront password from Online Store → Preferences into “Storefront password” on Get set up; the next check runs behind it.
- Home says “blocked”: the store refused our robot with a 429 or a 403 — bot protection or a rate limit. A blocked check is not judged and opens no incident; the app tries once more through the unblocking layer, within the daily count of your plan.
- An alert did not arrive: open Recipients and check that the recipient is active (an e-mail must be confirmed) and has instant alerts on. Then Incidents: an incident opens after two failed checks in a row, so one red check is not an alert yet. On Free, yellow incidents and the orders alerts are not sent.
- The cause looks wrong: the causes are the changes of the 48 hours before the incident, the most likely first. Each has its time and a link to where it is undone; the Timeline has every change, so you can see what else happened.
- A product says “cannot be added to the cart”: the product card is in stock but Add to Cart refused the variant. Open the product page in a private window and try; a theme edit or an app that rewrites the form is the usual reason. Test now on the row repeats the check at once.
- Check now does nothing: three an hour, so the robot does not hammer your store; the button says when the next one is allowed.
- The orders tile is “building the baseline”: the usual orders per hour need 14 days of history before a quiet hour means anything. Storefront checks work from the first minute.
- Upgrade or cancel: Manage plan in the app opens Shopify’s plan page; billing is on your Shopify invoice. Moving down pauses what is beyond the new limit; nothing is deleted.
