The service

njX Sheets Edit & Undo (“the app”) is provided by njX (“we”). It exports your products into a Google Sheet that it creates in your Google Drive, reads the sheet back, shows you the changes, writes the ones you confirm to your store, and lets you undo an apply.

What the app is, and is not

• The app writes to your store only what you confirmed in a preview. You are responsible for what is in the sheet you apply and for the permission of anyone you share the sheet with.
• Undo puts back the values an apply wrote. A value changed in Shopify after the apply is left as it is and listed. Undo is limited to the history your plan keeps (7, 90 or 365 days), and to what the app wrote: it does not restore products deleted in Shopify and it cannot reverse changes made by other apps or by hand.
• The app does not create or delete products, and it does not change orders, customers, inventory or the theme.
• The snapshot of an export holds the fields that export carried. It is a record kept in our database for the length of your plan's history; it is not a substitute for your own copies of your data.
• The sheets are files in your Google Drive. We access only the files the app created (the drive.file permission). If you delete or move a sheet, or revoke the access, the app cannot read it, and the history of earlier applies stays in the app.

Your account and your data

• You must have the right to install apps on the store and to connect the Google account you use.
• You remain the controller of your data. We act as your processor: we process it only to provide the app to you, as described in the privacy policy, and the use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
• What the app reads is not sold, not shared, not compared with other stores and not used to train models.
• We process data on Cloudflare (hosting and e-mail); your sheets are in Google Drive under your own Google account; Telegram, Slack and Discord are used only when you connect them, each under its own terms.
• Disconnecting Google deletes the stored token. Uninstalling the app deletes everything we hold about your store; your sheets stay in your Drive.
• We keep the app secure as described in the privacy policy and notify you within 72 hours of confirming a security incident that affects your data.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed by Shopify under the Shopify App Store terms and appear on your Shopify invoice. Pro and Business start with 14 free days and can be paid monthly or yearly. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time in the app; moving down deletes nothing at once.

Acceptable use

Install the app only on a store you run and connect only a Google account you are allowed to use. Do not use the app to write values you know to be wrong, and do not use it to overload Shopify's or Google's services. We may suspend an installation that abuses either.
