Support
Email [email protected] or use the form below — it lands in the developer's inbox and we usually reply by e-mail. There is also a contact form inside the app, under Plan & support. Name the sheet and the time of the apply: it is the fastest way to find the batch in the history.
Common questions
- An apply did not do what I expected: open History, find the apply and look at its rows: each is Applied, Unchanged or Skipped with the reason, and the same is in the _status column of the sheet. A blank cell means no change; a text field is emptied with the word CLEAR; a product changed in Shopify after the export is skipped as “changed meanwhile”. If it is not what you meant, press Undo on the apply.
- A preview looks wrong: the preview reads the sheet at the moment you open it. Check the Skipped list (unknown ids, a price of 0, a value too long for a cell), the filter above the table, and that you are on the tab you edited. A preview stays open for 24 hours; after that it is read again.
- Google says disconnected: Google no longer lets the app in (access revoked, a password change or a long pause). Press Reconnect on Home. Your sheets and snapshots are kept; you can export and apply again once it is connected.
- The sheet is not in my Drive: it is created in the Google account that was connected at the export, in My Drive. The app sees only files it created, so a copy you made by hand is not readable by it: edit the original.
- Edit here asks for cookies or a sign-in: open the sheet in a new tab once with Open in Google Sheets, then come back; or switch on Always open in a new tab in Settings.
- The apply says a field is not in my plan: some fields come with Pro or Business (see the plan table on the app page); the preview names them. Moving down a plan deletes nothing.
- Billing, upgrade or cancel: Manage plan in the app opens Shopify's plan page; billing is on your Shopify invoice.
