Email [email protected] or use the form below — it lands in the developer’s inbox and we usually reply by e-mail. There is also a contact form inside the app, under Plan & support.
Common questions
- A restore did not do what I expected: open Restore → Past restores. Values marked “skipped” moved after the preview and were left alone on purpose; “failed” rows carry Shopify’s own message. Undo puts the restore back. Write to us with the product and the moment — that is the most useful message you can send.
- The preview says “nothing to restore”: the values are already what they were at that moment. Pick an earlier moment, or check the product’s History.
- “History starts on …”: the app remembers from the moment it was installed; nothing before it can be restored. Within that, the plan decides how far back: 7 days on Free, 90 on Pro, a year on Business.
- A deleted variant is not coming back: the app never creates or deletes anything. Products → Deleted shows what it was — name, SKU, last price — so you can recreate it in Shopify.
- The restore is slow: Shopify allows a certain number of API calls a second per store, shared with every app. Thousands of variants go back in batches; the progress bar shows where it is. Stop leaves what was written; Undo takes it back.
- An alert did not arrive: open Channels and check three things in order — the channel is Active and not Disconnected (press Refresh); it is set to the level of that alert (red only, or red and yellow); and the rule is switched on in Rules. Whatever was not sent is still in Changes → Issues and in the daily digest.
- A timer did not run: timers need Business; on another plan they pause and run again the first tick after the plan is back. A timer also waits while another restore is running.
- Who changed the price? We cannot tell you — Shopify does not give that to apps. Your Shopify admin’s activity log shows the person.
- Upgrade or cancel: Manage plan in the app opens Shopify’s plan page; billing is on your Shopify invoice.
