The service

EU Omnibus, Withdrawal & GPSR (“the app”) is provided by njX (“we”). It shows the lowest price of the 30 days before a price reduction on your storefront, serves a withdrawal request page and sends the acknowledgement e-mail, prints the manufacturer and safety information you enter, and sends the requests to the recipients you add.

What the app is, and is not

• The app helps you comply with Directive 2019/2161 (art. 6a), Directive 2023/2673 (art. 11a) and Regulation 2023/988. It does not give legal advice and does not decide whether or how a rule applies to your store, your products or your customers. You remain responsible for your compliance and for what you enter.
• The prior price is computed from the price and compare-at changes the app observed after it was installed. A reduction that began before the install, or less than 30 days after it, has no full 30-day history: the app says so and shows nothing, or “lowest since”, as you set it. It is not a record of prices before the install.
• The withdrawal page takes the request and the acknowledgement goes to the e-mail the customer typed; the app does not verify the customer, does not create a refund or a return and does not cancel an order. The refund and the return stay in Shopify, with you. The matching of an order by its number is a convenience, among the orders of the last 60 days.
• The safety information printed on the product page is what you entered. The app does not check it against a register.
• The app writes only its own metafields and one metaobject definition; it does not change prices, products, orders or the theme. The blocks and the embed appear only when you add them in the theme editor.

Your account and your data

• You must have the right to install apps on the store and to share its order numbers with the recipients you connect.
• You remain the controller of your data, including what your customers type on the request page. We act as your processor: we process it only to provide the app to you, as described in the privacy policy. The app reads products and prices, order dates to match a request, and what the customer typed; it stores the customer's e-mail encrypted and logs every reveal.
• What the app reads is not sold, not shared, not compared with other stores and not used to train models.
• We process data on Cloudflare (hosting, records and e-mail), send e-mail through Cloudflare Email Service with Resend as a backup, and deliver messages through Telegram, Slack and Discord when you connect them, each under its own terms.
• Uninstalling the app deletes everything we hold about your store, the requests included. Export them first if you need the record.
• We keep the app secure as described in the privacy policy and notify you within 72 hours of confirming a security incident that affects your data.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed by Shopify under the Shopify App Store terms and appear on your Shopify invoice. Pro starts with 14 free days and can be paid monthly or yearly. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time in the app; moving down deletes nothing.

Acceptable use

Install the app only on a store you run and connect only recipients whose members should see your order numbers. Do not use the app to show a prior price you know to be wrong, and do not enter safety information you know to be false. We may suspend an installation that abuses the request page or the e-mail service.
